  • Private estate exclusively reserved for one wedding per day.

  • Bring your own caterer.

  • No food and beverage minimums.

  • Beer, wine, champagne, & 2 signature cocktails permitted.

  • For the safety and comfort of guests, no straight alcohol (shots, on the rocks, etc.) are permitted.

  • No corkage fee.

  • Must hire a licensed bartender for all alcohol service.

  • 12- hour venue access (10am - 10pm)

  • Scheduled rehearsal for 1 hour.
